Great software package

Easy to use and went pretty quickly!! Just got the basic package but it was enough for as many W2's and 1099 forms as you might have. Bought the audit defense also...just because...the government...you know!

You misrepresented the online version

Because you misrepresented and under explained the differences, we believed that filing online was the same as downloading the software. My wife filed first and discovered only at the end of the process (too late for. refund) that we could not file multiple accounts from that platform. This caused us to over purchase your product by the amount of $110.00, and will motivate me to NEVER use your software again. PERIOD

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never been disappointed. One year, as a check, I went to an accountant in parallel to using Turbo Tax. His outcome was the same as that from Turbo Tax.
