Used Turbo Tax for 22 Years - Great Product

Turbo Tax is easy to use, I also love the guide me feature, as it remembers everything, so you dont miss something. My only complaint is the processing fee charged by the credit card processing center, seems excessive to me and why charge it in the first place. Other than that, Intuit is a solid company and Turbo Tax an awesome product.

TurboTax was great!

I understand that next year, I will need to upgrade my computer to macOS Mojave. Since I am currently running macOS High Sierra and in order to upgrade, I would have to buy a new computer...I will not be using TurboTax next year. It is sad that TurboTax is now in the business of forcing consumers to upgrade their computers in order to use their service.

Good software, charges everywhere

They charged for the software, then they charged for the state, then they charged to e-file the state. It probably cost me $150 to file my taxes. I won't be using them next year.

Simpler than Ever

I've used TurboTax for many years. I don't know if my tax situation was less complicated this year or not, but this seemed like by far the easiest preparation I've done. I think some quirks were eliminated from the program and more was automated.

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years, and it gets better every year. I still would like, however, that I could enter the exact amounts and have Turbo Tax round each one to the nearest dollar automatically.
