I really like turbotax

It has always been easy to finish my returns with Turbotax. This year I had some trouble and called Turbotax for help and the person I talked to was wonderful. She really knew her stuff and it was such an enjoyable experience. She would be awarded!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is fast and easy to use. Questions are direct and make perfect sense when filling out required information. The review process is straight forward and builds confidence that your return is filed correctly with no errors.
