This was the most complicated way to file my taxes

Turbo Tax was not fast and not easy!! They made it way more complicated than it needed to be, there was no clear answer when I had a question, questions that they were asking me were worded in the most complicated way. It was NOT free, free, free as they advertise so much; every time they have a chance to charge you they will. I was charged additionally three more times after already purchasing it to file my taxes initially. I have used turbo tax before and it was fine but after this time I don't think I will be back.Tomorrow I will be calling for a refund.

Worst Experience Ever With Turbo Tax!!!

The program crashed on me constantly. I can only hope that everything turns out alright. I have been using this program for over a decade and have never had such a bad experience. I had to bypass and keep saving just to get through to the end. I am going to really consider using something else next year. This was just plan bad. I am a developer myself and there was no reason for this kind of stuff when paying for a product.

Turbo Tax still great despite a few bug crashes

Been using Turbo Tax since mid-90s and it's still a great product. This year there were a few annoying bug crashes while trying to enter my 2019 W2 and 1099-INT info. Never saw a bug that hung up the entire application like that before. Had to enter that info in "manually" via forms to get past those crashes. Otherwise worked great as usual.

Gets the job done

Typically use TurboTax and is great for most tax situations to make easy for the user. Some help functions could be "dumbed down" a bit for those that don't have tax experience or accounting degrees but overall a seamless process.
