Unable to complete Turbo Tax 2019 Fling completely

Step by step does not work. Was this tested by people who do this once a year? Unable to print forms to e-file and to mail to the IRS. A nightmare.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax was thorough in assisting me in completing our taxes. Its step by step process helped in gathering and entering all wages, interests, and deductions. Importing the previous year's vital information was an asset in the preparation process.

I went with TURBO Tax because I have used it for several years now but it appears that Turbo tax just wants to sell me upgrades instead of providing me with information critical to filing my return . . .
