Crashed a bunch.

I generally like using Turbotax, because entering information and watching the numbers change is a lot of fun. This year, though, the app crashed something like a dozen times while I was working my way through the process, and sometimes it would put me back at the place that I was and sometimes it wouldn't.
What's great about it: The walkthrough is fantastic
What's not so great: It crashed a dozen times during the process

Better than buying online

This is the best program out there that helps you walk through everything and if you get it wrong you can start over. That is the only problem I see is there is no reset or reverse when you delete something.
What's great about it: quick and easy instructions
What's not so great: if you accidently delete something there is no reverse
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to follow

Turbo Tax has always been a simple step by step way to complete my taxes. Using it year after year provides a great comparison of 5 years of tax data. Not sure I understand if the package I currently use is appropriate now or in the future with the changes in deductible expenses. Seems like the Basic package which is free would be all I need.
What's great about it: Walks you through every income & expense entry
What's not so great: Request to upgrade or purchase audit support needs to be done just once

Quick & Easy year after year

The income summary page & the deduction summary page need to paired down. Rather than list all of them after every section completed, maybe just the subsection.
What's great about it: Even with my accounting background the program is clear & consise, quick & easy.
What's not so great: The key calculations are a little long winded

2018 Tax Filing

I am not a demanding user meaning that the only complex issues are from investing and the ability to import investment information makes that even simple. With the tax changes taking place in 2018, I depended upon TurboTax to do the "heavy lifting" for me in understanding how we are affected.
After I complete the taxes I go through an item by item review which is guided by TurboTax assistant. I am confident that my taxes are done right.
This product is customer oriented.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: None found
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I did not like having to pay $39.955 for the oklahoma and you never have the 538-Sfor oklahoma up to date!!!!
