I really like TurboTax

authentication was terrible this year

I had to enter my order confirmation several times and even called intuit to get it straight and then was asked again a month later while filing, I then had to go ahead a pa for state electronic filing out of frustration even though the purchase included one state

I want my money back for this! it is telling me I need to pay to file my state taxes and that's ridiculous. I already paid for the program and now its asking for more!? im never purchasing this again!!!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Long time Turbo Tax customer

Used Turbo Tax for years. Like the way the program loads information from previous year and how the program walks me through the entire process.
