very happy with program

easy process, my wife is retirement is this year and she will be needing additional forms for annuity and 401K stuff with withdraws it isn't very clear currently.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

trouble downloading update

have used turbotax for many years. this year had problem downloading updates while using the program. try to update and get error 42016. have to go online to update. did this and efiled one return. two weeks later, when efiling a second return using the same turbotax as before, had to go thru the same thing as before - go online and download updates. why were the updates not saved the first time?
