Just as user-friendly as previous years

TurboTax is very user friendly. I like how it gives you the options to pick & choose sections to work on or be walked through various sections. I really appreciate the Back button! Also, my computer is pretty old, and TurboTax nicely told me I would have to upgrade to a different OS for next year. I appreciate the advance notice!

What's the deal with not updating State taxes??

So I can't pay a whole lot in taxes right now and I found out that, luckily, there is an option to file before I pay my returns! Yay! Except, that turbotax had not updated the state tax deadline so it would not let me schedule payment for those unless it was before the original deadline. I find this ridiculous since you charge extra money for you to calculate the state return in the first place! I feel like that should get updated just as much as the standard federal part of the service! I'm not sure how I'm going to resolve this issue. I might just try logging in after April 15 just to see if it gets updated by then, but this just is not good. I expected a lot more when I paid all that money for turbotax to do my state returns for me. I'm disappointed.

WHERE TO ENTER IP PIN AFTER IRS REJECTED MY RETURN

I went online to find out where to reenter my IP PIN I tried the first suggestion which was to go to the tax form and do a search. Not helpful at all!!! I found an answer further down the page and it lead me through the steps easily. Why is this information front and center on the search page?

Not worth the money you want. Way more complicated than when I started over 20 years ago. You now price gouge at every opportunity. Attempt to down load on line resulted in wrong information transferred. Purchased copy took much longer to load than previous years. State return way over priced so I did not use it.
