Perfect Every Year!

I've been using TurboTax for years. It walks you through everything and makes what would have been an hours-long process quick and easy.
What's great about it: Easy, walks you through everything.
What's not so great: Should have a list up front of every document you will need to gather.

Turbo Tax

I have been trying for an hour to find where to enter my direct deposit information... That's twice as long as it has taken me to do my whole return. Your help center says go to File. Been there and can't find anything. Need more specific details.
What's great about it: I love using Turbo Tax - So easy to use, they talking version so you can just talk to it, and let it do the work for you
What's not so great: Looking for something with Help is no help at all

Error connecting to Fidelity

Attempted to import my 1099 from Fidelity Investments. turbotax displayed error stating my UID/password were incorrect. Opened a browser and logged on to Fidelity with correct UID/password. Logged off, attempted turbotax again. Same error - not recognized. Contacted Fidelity - they showed no problems with my uid/password. Tried turbotax one last time - same error. Entered information manually.
What's not so great: why only 3 characters for nickname?

Simple to use

All I needed was Turbo Tax Basic. It was very easy to use and it was spot on with my refund when I figured mine manually.

Simple to use by scrolling through the program , the help line is easy to use and they walk you right through any issues. Most 12 year olds could easily use TT.
What's great about it: simple to use, only rudimentary computer skills required
What's not so great: None
