Terrible website

These headphones look great, but the website is miserable. I’ve tried on multiple devices to buy, but have had no luck. Looks like they’ve lost a sale.

Great sound, poor fit

I suppose my ears are simply too small for these ear buds. Even the smallest size feels like something is crammed into my ear. It is difficult to wear them for any period of time without getting a headache. My previous wireless earbuds had many problems, but they fit far better than these do. Do not buy if you have small ears.

Not great

Bought these and returned them after 3 days of trying them out. They connected fine to my Apple Watch, and as far as I can tell functioned as intended.
Fit: Perhaps this style works for some folks, but the suction created by the inside rubber ear piece was irritating and made me constantly feel like I needed to pop my ears. This was the case with all three of the swappable sizes they provide.
Music: The sound quality was acceptable, but not not nearly as good as you’d assume these big ear pieces would be, especially from JBL.
Calls: the poor quality of the mic when making calls was what ultimately killed these for me. Everyone I spoke to on them said I sounded like I was on a CB radio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Missing features

I did not buy since it is deal breaker for me the fact that you can't go back on songs, and that there are no volume controls. I usually crank the volume up at the end of my workout, and having to reach out for my device to do so is not user friendly. Additionally, there are tracks that help me boost my running time and there are moments where going back on it is really helpful, but then again, you need your device to do so. Very disappointed these basic functions are not included in favor of ambient, which is not really needed.

These things are the best buds yet!

Forget getting all detailed I’ll just say this, when I workout I like to rock out and my rap has to slap!! I get so upset at all these ear buds advertising good sound! Forget good sound I want good “loud” sound and for some ear buds these JBL’s finally do that!! Well worth the money I spent. I only bought them because my Awsome JBL’s that cover the ear started to stink from absorbing my sweat which I didn’t realize what was happening before it was too late. So I recommend JBL make those ear pads water proof or make them replaceable. Replaceable would be cool because you could have different color ones. Some people like to match their workout clothes. Lol

I ordered it nearly 10 days ago, to the familiar people's flat, and they resend it to me, to Baku. I got them yesterday, was very happy, but when I looked to the mirror, I looked like alien. Doesn't matter good features or not, how to wear them outside if you look ugly. I don't know what to do next. They are too expensive just to left them

Its me, not you

I have really small ears and because of that I can't wear all types of earbuds. I purchased yurbuds and they fit wonderfully then I decided to get wireless earbuds and the ear Bud was itself was too big to even fit in my ear. So who have any wireless earbuds that are small I would love to give them a trying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only problem is when you lose the charging case.

I bought these and they are overall pretty good, but If you loose the case like I did then you are forced to just buy a new pair because they don't sell replacement cases which is unfortunate.
