My right ear bud completely stop taking charge after two weeks of use. Never dropped then or got them wet.

Please try to remove the ear tip of your right earbud and put it on the charging case. If it's still not charging, please reach out to us at https://bit.ly/2zwFkYM

I’m never taking them out

Overall 9.5/10
Sound 10/10 Ease of pairing 7/10 Ease of use 9.5/10
Sound- Bass slaps, like I can feel it in my eardrums. Noise cancelling is amazing. I couldn’t hear my skateboard wheels rolling on pavement it works so well. I found the treble is slightlyyyy lacking but can be corrected by using your phones built in EQ. Listening to songs I know by heart I’m hearing parts I’ve never heard before the sound quality is so good.
Ease of pairing- It honestly took me 4+ minutes to pair them. Kinda difficult, but once paired they connect to your phone with ease. Just figured I’d mention so some people know its eventually possible lol.
Ease of use- Each earbud has different functions and once you get used to them(took me 2 minutes) it’s like riding a bike. Charging case is easy to use, and they are easy to get to charge. It has built in siri/ok google/bixby and it picks up what you’re saying very well. Only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 is it takes a minute to find the right pairing of sizes to fit your ears(comes with 3 different sizes) and it takes a few times to learn how they’re supposed to fit(fits very snug). So snug they passed the Pantera head banging test and never fell out after an hour of intense skateboarding.
In summation... just buy them. They’re cheaper than AirPods and Bose counterparts. Sound better than both, and I’m a Bose fanatic. The bass SLAPS, and they’re waterproof.

First Bluetooth Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first set of Bluetooth earbuds. First off,let me tell you, these are fantastic! I normally use over the ear headphones when listening to music but wanted to try these for running. These emphasize treble and mid-range,but actually have some bass response! Musical sound quality is excellent.
Very easy to get setup and start using. The little case they come in,which is also the charger, has a battery in it so it provides an on the go recharge, you just put the buds in the case and they start charging. The back of the case has a battery lever indicator so you know how much juice you have left.
I just came in from a 7 mile run and these were very comfortable. Earlier, when I first tried using them, they kept falling out but when I read that you put them in your ear, then turn them to kind of lock it in , well, that was the trick! 7 miles and no issues. Someone asked a question and rather than taking them out, you just push the button on the left one and it activates "talk-through" which allows you to hear what they are saying... Once done, another push and your back listening to Highway Star.
I havent tried the voice feature as I prefer to talk into my phone rather than looking like a nut talking to myself on the street ;^)
A bonus, the flatscreen tv has a bluetooth connection and these Reflect Flow earbuds synced perfectly! I can watch tv and have it loud enough to hear without keeping the whole house awake.
Included in the well packaged box were a bunch of different size rubber tips for custom tailoring the fit and comfort. Overall this is another quality product I have to to expect from JBL.

Very comfortable

I tried Bose and Beats and the JBL are by far the best and cheaper. They are the most comfortable and the sound is great. The talk through feature is great for listening at work.
Have a JBL speaker, so thought these would be too. Headphones had poor sound quality, didn't fit well (even with alternating the buds.) I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable running or working out in these. They stick out your ears a lot, so they're not as low profile as they appeared online. Overall, very disappointed. Considering the price, expected a lot more. Returned.

Impressive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been testing the JBL Reflect Flow wireless earbuds for about four days, and so far, I’m really impressed.
Perhaps most importantly for me, the earbuds feel much lighter than they appear and stay in securely. I wore them to run, row, walk my dog, and to do an online spin class, and I didn’t have to adjust them once. They were fairly comfortable, had great volume and sound, and blocked out most other surrounding sound without completely silencing it (helpful for safety reasons). At the same time, there was just enough give in the seal in my ears that I didn’t hear a thud amplifying every footstep, which is often a problem with earbuds that fit tightly, and for me, this is a huge bonus! I also like that these fit in my ears without an earhook over my ear (and they’re the only true wireless ones I’ve tried that will stay in for me at all), which makes it possible to wear these comfortably with sunglasses or a hat when running outdoors.
The sound quality is excellent—clear, crisp, and with good range—and better than I have heard from any set of Bluetooth earbuds. Even my husband, who was once an audio engineer, was impressed with the sound. Though it’s not quite as good of a bass range as you can get with a full wired headset, it’s far better than most Bluetooth earbuds can get. Even the microphone is exceptionally clear for phone calls in a wind-free environment. I haven’t tried making a call when walking outside in the wind, so I can’t speak to the sound quality in that situation.
There are just a few minor drawbacks that you might want to consider. The first is that the ambient aware and talkthrough just seems to reduce the volume, not actually be a true talkthrough feature. The second is that you can’t actually adjust the volume using the earbuds; instead, you have to adjust the volume on your device. Most of the time, this is fine… but if you’re connecting to a device on the other side of the room and the volume changes quickly (such as the music during the credits to a TV show that you’re watching while running on a treadmill on the other side of the room turning up rapidly), this could become frustrating, though you can always change the talkthrough settings to reduce the volume for a little bit. Finally, if you have really small ears and the smallest covers are still not quite small enough (this is true for me), the earbuds might start to hurt a bit after you have worn them for a while. I’m hoping this will disappear as my ears adjust and the silicone softens up a bit, but it’s not enough to be a deterrent from wearing them for an hour or so at a time.

I bought these a few weeks ago because I started riding bike after 15 years and needed something that would fit in my ears and under a full face cover during Fall/Winter rides. These work through me riding gloves and have great sound for music and calls. I love the ambient aware and talk through!
