not worth the money

just google "jbl reflect flow left earbud not working" and you will see why i will never buy these again. I purchased the reflect flow headphones about 4-5 mos ago and they were great. sounded fantastic right out of the box but after 4 months the left earbud started dying. it now maintains significant lower volume than the right. this is obviously a known issue based on all of the online info regarding this and jbl issued me a return label instantly. It is nice they are at least replacing the product but i expected more from jbl after using their wireless speakers for years with no issues. looks like true wireless headphones are still a few years out of being great at this pricepoint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing!

You are able to pre-order them through Apple pay and they will ship right away, as that is what I did. I got free 2 day shipping and have had them for a couple days now. The sound quality is impressive. Crystal clear audio with great punchy bass. They are also amazingly comfortable and will not fall out of your ears at all. I work a desk job all day and have been using them since I got them at work. The battery life is the best I have ever had out of any wireless earbuds. They claim 10 hours of battery life, however I was able to work for 8.5 hours listening to music and a couple podcasts nonstop (except for maybe 15 minutes of them charging in the case during lunch), and at the end of my shift, They barely even made it down to 50%!!! And on top of all of that, it has Bluetooth 5.0. Connection with them has been amazing and have been able to walk around my house with little interference (even through some walls). The delay is something I was worried about, however I was also surprised with the delay (the lag between audio and video on your phone). The delay is quite low. There is some delay, but I honestly don't think it could be better than what it is right now. Maybe 100-200 ms of delay? Which makes watching videos completely watchable with no problems.
Overall I highly, Highly, HIGHLY, recommend!

Great sound and comfortable

Had these 2 weeks now and only recently discovered how poor the hands-free calling is for the other person, also doesn't always answer when pressing the button. However, great sound and comfortable!

Highly recommend!

JBL never lets down on quality and these in-ears have all the specs wireless buds should have. My only gripe is that my stupid ear canals seem to be a shape that would fit with a bud size in between the small and medium sizes it comes with. Would pay for an in between size.

Very Uncomfortable

The rubber tips have a seem on them that make them very itchy in my ears. The fin also seems like it’s only reason is to get in the way. It didn’t fit in my ears, but it was easy to connect. They also stand out a lot more than in pictures.

Left channel delay 0.5 second

When I enter a wireless crowded location, the the sound will become unstable. Sometimes it will let the left channel delay 0.5 second, until I stop the music and play it again

Great choice in headphones

I bought these after reviewing tones of wireless headphones. Some of the ones i reviewed were cheap pair this one was one of the more expensive pairs I looked at and im so happy I did. They are easy to use and sound is great. And when going on intense runs I dont have to adjust them at all. They stay in place which is a huge bonus that i dont have to mess with them when working out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
