Freaking love these FLOWS

Wish they was just a tiny bit louder and in JBLs signature orangeish red color . connectivity is super simple as is controls . also beef up the hinge on the case as mine is already loose .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Burned three times

This is my third pair of JBL wireless earbuds. Love JBL wireless speakers, so I figured I would give the earbuds a try. I first tried the JBL Freestyle X. However, after a couple weeks, the left earbud stopped charging. JBL sent me a new pair. Within 3 days, the left earbud on that pair stopped charging. Then JBL offered me a pair of JBL Reflect Flow earbuds as a replacement.
After two weeks of use, the JBL Reflect Flow right earbud stopped charging. This is even worse than the left one not charging because the right earbud is the "dominant" earbud and is required for the bluetooth connection to the device. At this point, the earbuds are now useless. They don't even make a good paperweight.
The one thing I'll give to JBL is that their customer service is good. That said, I don't want a JBL replacement product, so I'm done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great ear buds

My wife has had these ear buds for about a month now and absolutely loves them. Noise cancelling is by far the best

Great sound

Bought them today and trying them out for he first time, can't hear anything while i have both headphones in wich is a big plus

Good sound but awful bluetooth

I can not explain how awful these earbuds are. Their Bluetooth connection kept disconnecting from my phone. The sound quality is good, but that doesn't matter if the connection literally prevents me from using them. I tried to go for runs with these, but they just refused to connect for 20 minutes. Do NOT BUY THESE. I want a refund.

Bluetooth connection

I first had an issue with left ear charging but was about to fix that issue. However I have a Samsung s10+ and a fitbit ionic that I have music on, if the line of site is blocked between you phone it watch to the earbuds the music is cut out. The Bluetooth does not connect but the music cuts out. I also have the jbl charge 3 and clip 3 that don't have this problem. I have also had another set of wireless headphones that didn't have this issue. Jbl should supply a firmware update to fix this and also instructions on how to update firmware as there isn't anything about firmware on the reflect flow

Disappointed

I’ve gotten good running headphones from this company in the past but with a new phone came the need for wireless headphones so I knew I had to get another pair. But I’m very disappointed. The sound quality with traffic isn’t anywhere near as good and they are bulky and don’t fit in my tiny ears. They used to have ones just for females and running and these just do NOT live up to their old wired ones.
