Neither will Bluetooth connect. Both of the instructions are super not clear

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Reflect Flow. We want to ensure you get the most out of our products. If you are pairing a new source device, enabling Bluetooth on the device is necessary so that it can discover the product. The earbuds automatically switch to pairing mode once the charging case is opened, and there will be a flashing blue and red light, which indicates that the unit is in pairing mode. On your source device, look for "JBL Reflect Flow" under the list of available devices. If this does not resolve the problem, press the right earbud for more than 5 seconds while both buds are inside the case. While pressing and holding, both earbuds will display a solid red LED. The right earbud should flash a blinking purple light for a moment, indicating that the reset is completed. Test it by manually pairing it again with the previous steps. I bought this three weeks ago. it works perfectly. I got it for a good deal prize since its an refurbished one. It serves me perfectly for my personal needs like enjoying music. The JBL software do not support to this product, however, it is fine with devices like computers.

Noise cancellation but not loud at all hurts ears.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. We understand that our JBL Reflect Flow's loudness and comfortability didn't meet your expectations. To get the best audio response and comfortability with the earbuds, please try the different ear tip sizes that perfectly seal and fit into your ear. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. To further isolate where the low volume is coming from, try to connect the earbuds to a different device to see if it fixes the problem. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. Very okay, at best.

The sound quality is okay. Not as much depth of sound as my Samsung Galaxy earbuds. They also keep connecting while in the charging case, so it happens in the middle of conversations and while I am driving.

We recommend angling the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twisting the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. To avoid reconnecting your JBL Reflect Flow to your device, please make sure to close your charging case properly or you may turn your earbuds off before putting them in the case by holding either your left or right earbuds for 2 seconds. Hard time staying in my 👂 ears

I ordered these ear buds for myself, for work , excersize and riding use, I am having a difficult time getting them to stay in my ears , I have tried different pieces of form fitting ear bud rubbers and it till won't stay in my ears when I'm active, I will keep using due to the great sound and I wish there was away to keep them from getting lost..

Not waterproof and bad fitting

Bought these not too long ago and dropped the left one in water and now it doesn’t work and also they just don’t have a good fit too
