Left earbud would not pair. Return process is counterintuitive. Replacement produce should be shipped upon identification of problem and verified when return is received. Unhappy with process.

Thanks for reaching out. If the two buds lose connection to each other, you can choose to force-pair the main/right bud to the secondary/left bud or the other way around. Great sound, but fit and case need work

First, they sound great (when you get good isolation, which is one of the problems discussed later). They also connect to your device quickly. Where these need work, and get knocked a point for each, is the fit and the case. Regarding the fit, the large size ear tip/retention spur are huge, and useless to me (average male). So I tried the medium and small in all four combinations (ear tip and ear retention sleeve/spur) and no combination would give good isolation. I swapped on some foam ear tips I had from another headphone, and those worked great; great isolation, totally secure, and no pressure points. Then the second problem showed up, which is the case doesn't have the depth required for replacement ear tips that provide a good seal and isolation. Currently debating if I should keep them or not.

My reflect flow JBL has some functional problems. battery issue, connectivity issues with left buds .is there any way to fix it I can pay for it too .waiting for further response

NICE FIT

I just got these to replace my JBL 200TWS, as I lost one. They may not sound quite as good, but they fit in your ear, no pieces outside your ear. Feels like they stay much better in your ears. I listen when I ride my bicycle and no wind noise either, Thanks for the money I paid, they are well worth it.
