Pretty nice earbuds but I think they could be more powerful or make them so we can blast them in our ears if we want don’t make them with the name unless the BOOM!

Your headphones have no bass on them whatsoever and for being jbl's you think they would be bass on them but there is not I'm sorry to say

I bought them about 2 weeks ago. At first, I was not wearing them right and they were hearing my ears but once I started to put them in right it was a lot better. Most of the time I can't even feel them in my ears. They have an excellent bass. I can barely hear things around me when I have my volume in the 40s so that is super nice. I would recommend these earbuds to anyone. One thing I have not tried yet is taking a shower with them because I have a JBL go 2 for that.

This ear bud does not work well in nosey areas when talking on the phone. I bought it for my wife and it's a discomfort for her talking on the phone with me at work. She use cheaper brand ear buds at work an the quality is way much better in nosey areas. I call JBL about this matter created a case for warranty to return item and not a single individual reach out to be regarding my concern. POOR representation. I don't see my self buying a ear bud from this brand are maybe anything at all.

Good... for about 3 hours

When they first came in and I tried them I thought they we great. Then when I woke up the next morning to go to work the right one would not charge and the left one won't even connect to Bluetooth. Needless to say I am no longer using them. Headphones not worth the money, but the wireless speakers are amazing

Thanks for reaching out. As with all in-ear headphones, our range of TWS headphones can be susceptible to a build-up of dust and earwax. This can cause low volume on one or both earbuds, or balance issues (e.g. right earbud is louder than the left earbud). To reduce the likelihood of these issues occurring, you may periodically clean the earbuds. Using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. You could also check your phone if it has balance settings, please check if the balance is on 0 or in the middle. I bought the jbl reflect flow and very displeased with product. I experienced a defective left ear buds. It stop connecting to Bluetooth.

Thanks for reaching out. If the two buds lose connection to each other, you can choose to force-pair the main/right bud to the secondary/left bud or the other way around.
