Just received these and excited to try them out. Disappointed with the sound quality. No bass.

Not the JBL sound !!!

The 1st day I put them on, I was upset I bought them . The sound is not your mind-blowing full body JBL sound . It sounded like some cheap 2nd hand website knock off headphones . I have several other JBL headphones, speakers, Soundbars and even Car Audio . These set of headphones should not be part of their lineup . Truly Disappointed I spent money on these .

Expected better….

I was super excited to try these headphones since AirPods hurt my ears. I changed the buds to the small size because the mediums were hurting my ears. It turns out, the actual earbud is a little too big.

Held in place nice and sounds good.

They are by far the largest ear pods I've ever used, but they work good. Easy to connect, they stay connected, sound good, and they are held in place nice. Buttons are different than any other pods I've used also, but I'm getting used to them.
