Best earbuds I’ve ever had

I’ve had these for about a year and a half. I wanted to be able to leave an honest review: I LOVE THESE EARBUDS! The only thing that is sometimes annoying about these is they will sometimes come off their little charging ports, power on, and sync to your phone. I’ve heard my music playing in my bag lol. Other than that, they’re GREAT. Music sounds really good and phone calls can be made/received without issue. I use them while doing almost any activity. One of them even fell into a sink full of water and the music never stopped lol; they’re still completely and fully functional. I can’t find them right now and I actually came to this website to get a new pair LOL I just HAD to leave a review! Don’t hesitate! But these!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great to wear but no bass

Doesn't ever charge

I've had these for about 6 months and ever since I took them out of the package, charging them has been an absolute nightmare. I've tried everything including cleaning them, positioning them just right, etc. It takes me about 20 minutes of fiddling with them each time just to get them to charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charging issue

After I used these for a few months I started getting a charging issue where when I charge the case and put my earbuds in they won't charge. Super frustrating when I actually need them they won't have charge. Most of the time they would run out of battery without even using. I bought it from Australia and I'm resident in Sri Lanka and I don't have a solution for this as I can't repair it here. :/ Sound quality is good as JBL is known for that.. but this product is a failure:/

Great at first. +1 year later, many issues

I got my pair of JBL's a year ago. I bought them after a running store recommended them for me. I sweat a lot when I run, and have broken many... many earphones in the past due to this. I had a pair of Jaybirds for 4 years and they were great, until the left earbud broke. After a year of using JBL's, the left earbud keeps turning off 30 minutes into my run. Between then, I had the regular charging issues. I've had to clean the buds and charging box multiple times. I always make sure the ear overalls are off when charging. But the fact that even after a full night of charging, it keeps dying during my runs is... well... really frustrating.
So overall, if you're buying these because you want to exercise, I recommend you save your money and buy something a little more resistant. If it's just for listening to music and podcasts, then yeah go for it.

Overall great!

The sound is stellar, so crisp and clear, nice bass. Honestly, the only thing these earbuds are missing and it is a MAJOR loss for me is a rewind/replay feature. They have a skip feature but no replay and to me, that doesn’t make much sense. Other than that, I am very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Total disappointment!
I returned them 2 major issues 1. fit - sure nice i have s.m.l to choose from but that was so irritating to play w silicone pieces that is nearly impossible to put back on the buds … to try fitting 3 sizes took an hour itself because of them things… and they still fall out of my ears… and not loud enough… talk through yep u got that right i want to listen to music but yet these truly allow me to still hear everyone in the room in the meantime so back they went!
