Don't waste your money!

I hve had two warranty replacements of these garbage headphones. They have yet to last more than 6 months without some kind of issue. Left earbud wuits working or will not charge. The charging case is junk and looks and feels super cheap. Way better products on the narket that actually work. Total shame the keep this product out there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Please try to reset the earphones if this can help fix the problem:
Make sure that both ear buds are charging in the box.
Now press the RIGHT ear bud for more than 5 seconds.
While pressing and holding, both ear buds will display a sold RED LED. The RIGHT ear bud should flash a blinking PURPLE light for a moment indicating that the reset is now complete. Your headphone should now be restored to its default settings.

Overall very good, one minor problem

I'm not sure how these compare to other brands at similar prices or to other wireless JBL earbuds at different prices but I would say they are well worth the price. They have a great feel in-ear, not uncomfortable in any way and they stay in place indefinitely. The sound quality is good, not the best I've ever heard but great nonetheless, they certainly serve their sporty purpose as advertised. The only problem I have is with their charging case, sometimes the earphones will randomly pair with my phone while in the case which can be very annoying because often my only resort is to go into my phones Bluetooth settings and manually unpair them, I have a feeling this is due to the voltage and signal pins sensitive configuration with the headphones while in the case, maybe if the case lightly pressed on them to maintain a more secure connection while closed that would resolve the problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent sound

I love all my JBL products. I have a lot of them. The sound of these are what you should expect from JBL. The reason I give this 3 stars is simple. 1 they are a bit larger than I expected. Ordered online. When in the mode of hearing ambient noise, the volume of what I’m listening to, gets to low. When I ordered the custom addition to the case, it was supposed to look like this JJO. Instead the letters got cut in half and resembled IIU. Overall I am happy with them but not completely what I expected.

Ok so far.

I just bought these because I lost my Jabra 85t at the airport. These headphones sound good. They don't have JBL app support. They don't sound as good as the jabras. They're also kinda big compared. The case is big but extra battery life is nice. You would think the bigger buds would sound better, but that's not the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor charging

Out of the blue these things won't hold a charge.. charge them all night and then they die 10 mins after putting them on....garbage

Don’t charge

For the price of these earphones I have had so much trouble getting them to charge. For one I had to get my original ones replaced because they would not charge. The second pair I currently have can not hold a charge either. I am sure to keep the charging box fully charged to be sure the earphones are charged, but for some reason they just do not. I leave the earphones in the charging box for days and they still do not charge. Definitely would not recommend getting these earphones considering how expensive they are and the charging problems that come with them.
