Decent sound, charging issues

I got these as a replacement for the Under Armour True Wireless Flash (JBL) which unexpectedly died on me within a year. Note, the charging and case for the True Wireless Flash is much better than the Reflect Flow which I am surprised at.
On the Reflect Flow:
Sound is decent. Not the absolute best. I also have Jaybird Vista's and the sound on them is top notch - decent base but great overall audio where nothing seems imbalanced.
Charging is the biggest issue with these. Other users also highlight the same. For some reason, the buds can sit very nicely in the case and apparently don't charge or at least it is hit and miss. It looks like the charging from case to bud is temperamental. To compound things I cannot see how you can check the battery level of the left bud. I can check the right bud on my phone, but the left only connects to the right bud and I can't find how to check the bud battery level. I only know when it is dying and often that is just after taking it out after being on charge for ages!
There is no independent left ear bud connectivity / control. Jaybird Vista has this so you can use either independently which is actually great if you need to use one interchangeably for calls (Zoom / Teams etc).
No earbud volume control. You have to set the volume from your device (phone or watch).
No app (at least last time I checked). Jaybird have a cool app so you can see so many things and even customize the controls, set EQ and so on.
Only thing I like more on the Reflect Flow vs Jaybird Vista is the fit which is more natural.

it lasted me less than half a year and it just stop working btw I don't like that it still has USB-mini.

Not worth the money

The sound is really poor - both volume level and Sound quality. There is zero bass, contrary to what I read in your advertising. Similarly, high frequencies are missing. I understand that the lack of a wire is a nice feature, but please don’t advertise that these actually sound good.

Unreliable

I loved my Reflect Mini, and thought I was upgrading to these. Sound quality was equal at best. Reliability was nonexistent. The left earbud wouldn't auto connect for the first three days, then completely died and stopped charging altogether. I REALLY wanted to like these, but I'd reccomend waiting for the next gen model or sticking with the Reflect Mini.

It's a long shot

I got these for Christmas as a present and at first I was quite happy with them. They are super easy to pair with any device, and easy to carry around, with a long battery life. But slowly, I learned why you should just buy air pods. The charging case will decide when it wants to work, not you. I have left them in overnight and had no battery in either one, or only on of the two is charged. Very frustrating. Also, the sizing isn't comfortable. They have 3 sizes for your ear, so I guess my ear is just in between one of the two. I was especially disappointed because I have a pair of earbuds with wires from JBL and they were comfortable and had good sound quality. While the sound quality is great on these, and they do stay in while you run, I've found I never use them because they either won't charge or just aren't comfortable. Maybe when this product first came out it was more desirable, but now there are just so many better options. If you aren't an apple person, get galaxy buds. Both of these are far more reliable.

Great quality, money well spent

Everything is great. Look amazing, excellent quality, great sound, but, unfortunately, they’re too big for my ears. Very painful and hard to insert and start hurting me after half an hour. Besides, I couldn’t even experience the full quality of the sound, because the metal part of the bud couldn’t physically fit into my ear all the way. If your ears are normal size or big, these are great buds and money worth spending, if they’re small, don’t waste your time and money. I hope producers will make more buds for small-eared people in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Left earbud keeps disconnecting.

Once you achieved a good connection, the left earbud randomly disconnects. By the time it takes troubleshooting, interest on listening to music disappears. Trash!
