I bought these about a month ago and they workED great. Problem is about a couple weeks they started to not get a good charge. Now it’s a struggle to charge them a little.

When on voice/video call do the earbuds have their own setting as in, do they automatically switch up to be able to use the microphone or is that something you need the enable them to do.

The first experience was good: well durability, good music quality for this price. But in a while, I got a problem with enabling headphones, it can not be enabled on uses enable button only if right headphone put in the box and extract (sometimes). Then, I got one more issue only with the right headphone after putting in the box and closing that, the headphone was enabling and not charge in (required a lot of trying to charge it). Microphone: all my interlocutors complained that they don't hear me or hear very bad. After a few seconds of silence, my headphones eating a few seconds of my conversation... I was trying to find a way to update the firmware but to no avail (the mobile application "JBL headphones" doesn't support this model).

For your charging problem, kindly check if the charging contacts are damaged/loose both on the earbuds and charging case. Another thing you can try is to clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol and cotton buds. As for your microphone problem, please reach out to our local support for further troubleshooting at https://eu.jbl.com/contactus

Awesome Earbuds for Leisure and Working Out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Durable: The material feels sturdy from the initial unboxing. The buttons give good response when pressed and the rubber pieces that hold it snug in your ear bend and stretch without any problems. I recently dropped one on the tile floor after taking it out of my ear and it was completely fine. Oh, and they are waterproof, which sets them apart for me.
Sound Quality: Clear and crisp - no question there. When you put them in and start them up, you will immediately recognize the sound quality. The profile is light, meaning you will not be getting heavy bass when you play your bass heavy music. But the clarity you get is far worth it. The volume also reaches pretty high up there with a few notches to spare.
Technological Experience: For the sound these buds produce, they are relatively light in the hand. I expected them to have some weight, but I was pleasantly surprised when I took them out of the box. I am tilting my head back and forth as we speak and the weight is hardly noticeable. The touch functions are generally intuitive. The walkthrough that came in the packaging made it easy and I will only need a quick reference to it if I forget anything. If you play around with them you will figure it out as the basic functions are easy to figure out. The button is an analog push button, where I have seen plenty of touch interface buds on the market (but those typically are not waterproof). The push function on each bud has a lot of resistance so I find myself pushing hard for multiple seconds which forces the earpiece deep into my ear. Also, the bluetooth pairing feature is only implemented when you turn on the earbuds. There is no pairing again after that. You must turn off the buds and turn them back on to pair them to anything else.
Comfort: These buds will fit naturally in your ear. At this point, it is an industry norm for earbuds to fit well in your ear. The packaging (which was fantastic btw) will come with extra sets of rubber earpieces of different sizes. There should be plenty of choices to find one that suits you. Again, they are very light and easy to forget about then their in your ear (which means they are very comfy!). I will say, however, that the push functions, being so resistant, can cause some discomfort.
Value: JBL has a renowned sound quality that is transmitted through these earbuds and you will hear it right away. They give you a great experience through clear, quality music. I have enjoyed listening to the layers within songs as they are exposed through these earbuds. They are ideal for working out as they stay in your ear without any need for adjusting and they are durable and waterproof. I will be using these earbuds for months and maybe even years to come. If you can manage the BT connection system and the push-button resistance (nit picking), then I would suggest these to you. :)

Great for audiophiles and bass heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little cumbersome for a casual user, perfect for audiophiles and bass heads.
I have a pair of Galaxy buds and have tried a couple different generic wireless ear buds that I will be comparing these with. I'll start with the bad and move onto the good. The biggest con to these headphones is the size. For people with smaller ears I don't see these feasibly fitting comfortably. The charger case is also much larger, than say, the Galaxy buds case which could still fit in a pocket while this one is more suited for being in a bag. That being said the charging case holds A LOT of power compared to other brands and has a nice very easily read battery level indicator that others don't. The other larger con is fit, most wireless buds you just slap in your ears and your ready to go. But these need to be in a very specific place to actually get all of the sound quality it puts out, so you really need to try all the eartips and wings and figure out how to finesse them into place when you put them in. With that said when they are in your ears correctly the sound is amazing. The bass response is better than even a lot of reason regular in ear headphones. You get real response from frequencies well below 80hz actually feeling the sub bass. You can get a fantastic amount of volume it if these as well. If I have the Galaxy buds at full volume they only play 2\3rds the volume you get with these. And the sound stage is better than most wireless (not studio level but better than your basic 2 dimensional sound) The design is attractive and the materials are premium in look and feel. The buttons are push instead of the usual touch buttons which removes the issue of accidental button presses but they do require a bit more force than I'd like to press. They are easy and straight forward to use and connect, don't have a companion app that you need to download which is nice (one less step) but could have enhanced the user interface by customizing button commands. The ambient noise mode is nice, not quite as present as others I've used but you have the talk through mode for that. You have to click scroll through each mode which isn't my favorite but you get used to.
Overall impression Pros: Great bass response High fidelity sound Easy set up Good battery life Great volume cap
Cons: Won't fit in small ears Particular to put in Uncomfortable after extended use No customizing button commands
If you're more interested in something light and easy that works for background music go with something cheaper, if you're looking for something that has awesome audio quality with the features and conveniences you'd expect from wireless ear buds this is a great choice.

A lot of advantages with some work needed

Positives first: The design means they won't budge in your ears--at all! Great for all types of land workouts. Great sound. You CAN use just one earbud at a time, but it has to be the right earbud. Good microphone for taking calls, even while on busy/windy city streets.
Negatives: I honestly don't see the point of the TalkThru and Ambient Awareness modes. TalkThru gets so quiet you might as well just press pause. Ambient Awareness as well is just slightly quieter than regular mode but I don't see a difference in my ability to hear ambient noise. The bright side is these "quiet" features increase the range of volume you can achieve with these headphones, from normal loud to quiet as a pin drop on a pillow. But I don't think these features are all that special. The earbuds often don't line up correctly in the charging case, which leads to one bud not being charged without me realizing it. Bluetooth connectivity does some odd things sometimes, like sometimes I answer a call and the call goes to my phone audio even if my earbuds are on/in use. Earbuds sometimes turn on while charging/in the case, which causes them to override other bluetooth connections like to car audio systems. Bulky design. Buttons require a hard press, which is uncomfortable to push something that hard into your ear.
Ultimately being able to wear these without having to adjust every 30 seconds makes them keepers, and maybe the charge issue is a problem with my specific pair, not actually a design flaw.

I have spent hours trying to pair these earphones to my iPod with no success. Also failed with iPhone. The directions are just illustrations. They are useless as are the earphones.
