I purchased JBL ear buds, unfortunately they don't compare favorably with my purchase of Raycon ear bud. The Raycons have the JBLs beat, hands down & they cost far less than the JBLs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only troubles

Nice sound. Charging won't work. What a crap for this price. Don't buy them.

We're sorry to hear about what happened. Here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Reflect Flow:
1. Please make that the charging case is fully charged when charging the earphones. The LED indicator lights up red when the earphones is charging. Once it's done, the LED light turns off.
2. Check the charging port for any debris or bent pins. Try moving or wiggling the charger around the charging port, see if there a sweet spot where the earphones would successfully charge.
3. Try using a different micro USB cable and wall charger to check if the charging case will charge.
4. Try plugging the charging case into a different power source ex. (laptop, power outlet).

Sounds good, charging sucks

Had these for about a year. A few months into owning them, the case would lose most of its battery just charging the buds. Cleaned the buds per JBL recommendations and all seemed fine. About a month ago, nothing would help. While charging buds, the case would flash on and off and deplete the battery in case overnight. The buds just would not make good contact to work. I would not recommend these to anyone, many other, sometimes cheaper, options available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great ear buds with nice features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds have great sound. Can listen all day at work without recharging. Secure fit in the ear with no fear of them falling out. The Talkthru/Ambient feature is really nice too. You don't have to remove one to hear clearly. When I master all the manual controls I'll give them a 5 star rating.

A whole new level of adaption

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few days ago and I decided to put it to a test best way I can figure out is what better than the city of New York with all the noise that goes on I wanted to try out different places of using use inside my household it works great with keeping out outside noise absolutely enjoy that you can use ambient awareness function to block out the noise or to be allowed so that way you could keep focus on your outside surroundings works great for when you need to be in the zone in the gym so you can just focus on your music while working out or even on a phone call I highly recommend this for anyone that is interested in finding Gear 2 work with whether in the gym or at work the button functions are fine only thing that I've noticed is that there's no way to increase the volume by the earbuds themself battery life seems to be well

Super Quality! JBL does it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Reflect Flow wireless earphones a few days ago. They have crystal clear sound and the bass is amazing. I have issue with other wireless falling out of my ears. These stayed put and are very comfortable! I was amazed at how well they stayed in my ears until I took them out. I love that they are waterproof so I do not have to worry while I am working out about sweat. They stay charged all day, too. That is huge. These earphones are awesome!!
