JBL Reflect Flow - fair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Considering I received the product late and I'm being rushed to provide a review. The sound as far as music is classic JBL excellent quality that I would expect, but the issue I have is with the phone calls. A noticed on a couple of calls people could not hear me and I heard echoes in the background, but like I said I only received these last weekend and I've been trying to use every single day to have a true experience with them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Returning after one use

Received these yesterday. Used them at the gym tonight. Had to refrain from throwing in the garbage after 5 minutes. The WORST signal reception of all wireless headphones I've owned. In one hour I was able to listen to about 3 minutes of music total, even though my device was playing music the entire time. I thought maybe it was interference from another device or something. I tried them again at home, no other devices running. Still have AWFUL reception. I can't describe how frustrating this is. I am so disappointed I don't think I'll ever consider a JBL product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice sound most times

They put out good sound but i wonder if i may have got a defective pair. Mine cut in and out sometimes watching videos or listening to music.

Not good for smaller ears!!!

The day after I bought these headphones I used them for mowing for more that 8 hours and after an hour of having them in my ears hurt from the size of the bud pushing my ear apart. They are not comfortable to wear even with the smaller fits in them.!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound quality!

I've had these for a week now, and I think I've used them every day. I had to switch to the smallest sizes for the most comfortable fit, but they feel secure in my ear and the sound quality is fantastic. They also have amazing Bluetooth range. I love being wire free and able to walk across my work building without losing connection. Absolutely worth every penny. Cannot recommend this pair enough. I only wish they were available in pink and compatible with the app.

This is my first pair of earbuds ever, so I don't have anything to compare to. These are fantastic! Love them. Will definitely be looking into more JBL products in the future.
