Amazing product!

Completely game changing headphones. Far superior than Apple airpods. Battery life is significantly longer, they do a great job of cancelling surrounding noise, and they don't pick up loud background sound when speaking with someone on the phone. It is extremely difficult trying to talk to someone on the phone that is using airpods because they pick up so much background noise. I also love these while working out. They fit comfortably and don't feel like they're going to fall out when running. They also look way less ridiculous than the airpods when wearing them. Highly recommend this product. If you're debating between these and the airpods, definitely go with Flash.

I wanted to love these

I bought the Flash TW and returned them after using them for about a week. Huge issue with dropouts on public transit, and video lag is unreal. However, if you don't mind the dropouts and video lag, they're great for working out. Stayed in my ears well and was able to get a great seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A good pair of buds

I bought mine a few weeks ago and they work well. These are the first true wireless earbuds I've bought. My only slight complaint is the case for them, because I feel like they do not charge some of the time. Occasionally my Bluetooth connects to them while they're supposed to be in the case charging, but I guess the connection between the charging prongs in the case and the earbud receptors are not the best. Other than that, I like them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sleek Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging is very sleek and convenient. I like how the ear buds come with 3 different sizes to fit small to large ears. These buds do not have a lot of bass which I was truly expecting based on other products from JBL. That was a disappointment. Pairing the buds are a breeze and some of the features are standard/similar to other ear buds. All in all they stay in place and will take a while to get used to but a very good product.

Amazing Sound - Difficulty Pairing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottom Line: These headphones are terrific, but the pairing technology is *not quite* on par with the sound quality, battery life and fit.
I run approximately 20 miles per week and have come to realize there aren't many models the check all the four boxes I mentioned. For the headphones that now cost $100+, I expect them to come pretty close.

Pairing: Having had the headphones for most of a week and exclusively using them, I have only been able to pull them out of the case and immediately use them twice. I've tried un-pairing, re-pairing, turning off/on, troubleshooting using the directions and contacting customer support.
Sound: The sound is amazing. Listening to music of a wide variety all sounds terrific and the volume is more than sufficient. The only slight drawback is that the headphones don't have a direct volume control without having to go into the Siri/Voice Assistant, but I'd prefer that to the alternative of trying to squeeze in dedicated volume buttons to the unit(s).
Battery Life: I consistently get close to the advertised battery life (about 5 hours). The charging case is a very cool side accessory as it has a decent weight to protect the headphones in the event of a drop/fall.
Fit: This may be the best part of the headphones. The units themselves fit snugly into the ear, without relying solely on the fins for comfort while being active. Compared to a pair of BeatsX or Bose SoundSport, these are far more comfortable and can be worn in the ears for much longer periods.
