Love the build quality

I bought this to try to test out if JBL is any good. I was very impressed with the end result. At first the ear pieces are pretty tight in your ears but they quickly adjust over multiple uses. Once they are bent to your ear shape, they feel like they're not there. I love the quality of the build and the sound of these. The TalkThru and AmbientAware are pretty useful as well! One complaint that I have though is when trying to push the button on the earpieces, they tend to push more into my ear. Nothing too major but it does get uncomfortable having to adjust it. Overall I love these headphones!

guys these buds are great no words. Had been looking for a replacement for my Jaybird x3 for 6 months. Have been so excited that decided to write a review. they sound excellent! first earbuds that sounded better than my Jaybird x3!( compare Jabra ,Jlab,Plantronics, boss, jaybird(all last models)) fit firmly and gently, no wires!!! lightweight and comfortable! controls are easy to reach, one touc and you can hear to surrounding! the connection was great after my 3 hours of usage. maybe one or two dropouts. So far so great and even don't want to take off lol.(I hope will not gonna send it back after a week of usage)

Left wanting...

I have just recently purchased a pair of these. I have been testing them out for a few days now.
I will start off by saying my comfort experience was decent. They do stay in your ear very well. However, I did experience quite a bit of fatigue no matter which sizes I tried using.
On to the rest of my review...
The sound quality, in my opinion is horrible. I usually love anything with JBL attached to an audio device. But these, sound too mid level for me. Hardly any bass, and no way to adjust ANYTHING!
Secondly, the audio video sync is also horrible. Most apps, and everything on my PC (I tried multiple BT transmitters) are horribly out of sync. This is probably due to the fact this device only supports BT 4.0 and NOT 5.0. It also has a lot to do with the codecs provided. This is a 2019 product and you only support SBC (super poor quality) and AAC (really only good for Apple products.) Where is the AptX/AptXHD? Or even LDAC support? Not sure why all this was looked over on such a new product, but it is making it lack luster.
Thirdly, the bionic hearing, and amplified hearing are kind of a joke. They lower the volumes at different degrees, but the mic amplification is hardly there. Over boasted features that do not deliver.
Lastly, the case is WAY TO SHALLOW! The earbuds CONSTANTLY catch on the outer casing, and when you put in the large ear pieces it is guaranteed to catch, even at a slow speed.
To wrap it up, I found these a very poor value for the price point.
What would it take to make this product better in my eyes? - Putting on par technology in them. - Give me an app that I can program / adjust my settings the way I want them. I.E. adjust the bass, the volume decrease of the bionic & ambient, adjust the mic increase of the bionic & ambient. - Better product testing on your case dimensions.

Pumped up bass for you most intense workoutss

I've been using this earphones for 3 months. This are the best workout earphones for running and heavy lifting exercises. They remain stable and does not fall off. The bass is on the heavy side, its pumped up and clear. The treble is good too. However, the mids are on low side. The only problem is that it hurts after extensive use, for short period it is fine.

Poor Quality for the Price
on April 2, 2020

I have had these for about 3ish months with almost daily use the last 1 month or so. I have had nothing but problems with the left ear bud since day one. I will be on a phone call and after the first 3 -5 minutes the left ear bud will just shut off and be disconnected. It's almost as if the buds are not charging in the charge port even though I'm getting solid red lights. Recently, I have noticed that I will put the buds in the charging case and once the left one is fully charged it will begin to blink blue (the right one doesn't do this). So then when I go to use it again the left one will be dead and drop/won't connect. Even though I just pulled it out of the charger (the charger works because I don't have any issues with the right one)..... For the price I paid and the brand names on them I expected far better.... What's better is once the left one gets disconnected you have to disconnect the right one to repair the left one to the right one and then repair both to my phone......

This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. The earbuds of our UA True Wireless Flash should automatically sync. Please reach out to our Customer Support so we could try some troubleshooting and check your options. We're here to help. https://support.jbl.com/us/en/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got mine 3 days ago. I couldn't be happier. They sound really good. The bass is good sounding in your ear. I would recommend these to all the people who like true wireless ear buds.
