Disappointed - microphone does not appear to work

I've had these for a while. Always seemed to have trouble with the microphone, whether it was calls or ambient noise / TalkThru. Other than that I like the earbuds because I tend to have a difficult time keeping earbuds in without the wings. I like the sound produced, but can only use indoors due to the microphone issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I compared this with my Wf1000xm3 and results are fascinating. Really recommend to one who consider sports and waterproof.

Great Ear Fit

I like how snugly these fit my ear. I can't stand feeling like my ear buds are about to fall out - especially for as much as I pay for them! That being said, I promptly lost the left side in the truck somewhere. It just popped out of my ear, and I haven't found it since. Thank God I have the "master" one, and I just use it. I like the recharger (convenient, closing, fits well, good connection), and the battery power is good. I do not like it's sensitivity to other Bluetooth connections. I lose connection to my phone call whenever anywhere near one of my other Bluetooth devices. This is very embarrassing during business calls, and especially happens while I'm driving. The call fades out, then comes back in again about :10 seconds later, so I miss what my caller is saying. So far (owned for <1 yr.), they have not physically fallen apart like my expensive Bose earbuds did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CONNECTION IS COMPLETE TRASH

I bought these buds they look great but they can't even stay connected to each other between your head. Only one side works half the time. If your phone is not within 2 feet of you good luck. I'm returning mine don't do it guys. These are trash

Not long after downloading the app for these my other apps began to crash. I don't have access to a large amount of apps on my phone.

Hello! I purchased these JBL UA BLE earbuds about 90 days ago. Already one earbud is completely dead and unable to charge. I purchased these these over other brands because of the JBL name and the quality they have been known for. It’s frustrating knowing I paid so much for these when a cheaper pair would have given me better results. Beside the defect I’ve encountered, the sound is lower than other models and I find myself on the highest volume while running.
