Lower Quality than expected

I purchased the eaarphone about a month ago ,and the quality is just horrible . The audio i recieve has cracking noice and is not at all satisfactory. At full volume it sounds as if its at 50%. The mic is just fine which is astounding given the other aspects of the product. Utterly disappointed given that I expect JBL products to be of much higher quality. Not just the audio quality but the product quality itself is poor, the cover has come off both the ear peices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What more could you want?

Super happy with these. They are longer than the advertised pictures, but not too long. Can be worn behind neck, or in front hanging down like normal headphones. Pairing was very easy. Comfortable and durable materials. Cord doesn’t tangle. Killer sound quality. Do it!

Earplugs don't stay in place

I bought a couple of these by Dec. Unfortunately I got disappointed because the cables are too long and heavy for the earplug design and keep falling out of my ear

I don’t know how to feel....

JBL...I’m a fan of the Bluetooth speakers but headphone wise you guys aren’t having the bass you guys claim. I purchased these because you guys said “12.5 mm drivers which will punch out some serious bass” which I don’t hear, they bass is there but not like discribed....I feel cheated....I like the design and the fact that they aren’t in-ear but come on guys I know you guys can tune better and put some real bass. Btw I feel like they sound just like the iPhone Headphones :/
