Bad Design

These earbuds obviously must have been the beta test set that JBL bean counters decided to push out the door because someone would buy them. Well I did a loyal JBL customer who has always associated JBL products with superb quality and superior to other brands. I've used these in the office and workouts. Sucks both times. In the office unless you are a naked vegetable and don't move your own neck the cord might as well just be called a rip the buds out your ears hook. It catches on anything and everything. Charging while using? Nope. So you want to use the buds while siting at your desk? Nope. Working out. Pathetic. Again if you are 2x4 and don't move your neck. The cords constantly pull the buds out of your ear. The design of having the charging device and on/off below the ears is just basic bad design any dolt who understands Newton's law will understand that is just anchors pulling out the earbuds. Lastly the features are so basic you really get zero ability to control your music unless you fish out your phone while on a run to change the song. I've had better designed much cheaper earphones have this feature. Sorry JBL this product needs to be removed from the market place you are not only not delivering a quality product that matches your brand you are losing your most loyal customers and harming what has always been an outstanding brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had them for a few weeks and absolutely love them. They cut in and out every once in a while but I think that is more my tablet than the headphones.

These sound great, with good bass and volume level. The batteries last a long time on standby so they’re ready to jam out anytime.

Great sound, only low battery alert is annoying

Can the low battery alert be set lower, because it is very loud, even if I haven't set the volume that high. That is the only thing that is annoying.

Good sound, ok fit

These headphones have a great sound and the charge lasts a good amount of time. They don’t fit in my ears that well, but I have small ears. I wish they had rubber on the earbud to stay in my ears better.

Great sound and features

Works great with my Google Pixel 3 phone. Bluetooth rarely has issues. Sound quality is wonderful. Fits great in my tiny lady ears. I only wish their was a better way to check the battery level.
