Sound Quality

These headphones have muffled sound. Silence equals white noise while wearing these headphones... really bad quality for high price. This is a shame for JBL because I trusted you!

I bought these about 2 weeks ago and I love them the base sounds good the only downside with them is the corld likes to slide around your neck if you move your head too much other then that they are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Connectivity with laptop

I am fine with this product, however, i cannot connect it to my HP laptop. Is that one of its lesser features or am I having a localised problem with my laptop?

I got them as a Christmas gift and today one side got damage and stop sounds while i was making a call... I would like to apply for my garantee

Cheap sound quality. It was a disappointment for me because I like the wired version of it.

Very Bad Experience

I bought this 3 months ago with alot of excitement but this product is very unsatisfying. I can only hear through 1 earplug. The left earplug is not working. The sound quality and base is extraordinary but the earplugs quality is poor. I can't understand why this is happening only with JBL earphones,earlier also I faced the same problem with wired headset. Now I'm facing the same issue with Bluetooth. I hope this won't happen to any of your customers again. But I won't recommend this product to anyone...
