Easy to use. HI-Quality sound with extra bass. Crystal clear sound. Comfortable to use. Noise canceling.

Intolerable background noise while playing

Basically good sound quality, but this background noise makes it uncomfortable to use them especially while listening to music in quiet places.

Doesn't work with Mac OS

It works perfect with my iPhone, but I can't connect to my Mac. My Mac doesn't see it in bluetooth menu. Please help me with advise

Not Charging Properly

I bought this HeadPhone From Singapore, at First, it was nice. Good Sound Quality. But now, it is not charging. When I plug into a socket - or Usb Port. It first lights up for say 3-4 Minutes and turns off. And it does not turn back on. Now that I am in India, I am really worried about the warranty . :-(

Not charging

Hi, I just bought my earphone yesterday and used it until the battery drained low (not empty). Then I tried to charge it with the cable it came with in the box and the light turned on for about 2-3 minutes only (suppose to be 2hours as said in the instructions) . It's obviously not charging because the light turned off as per the instruction manual implies that if the light turned off, the charging is finished. I tried it and only used it for about 15mins until battery drained. I used to trust JBL products but this might change my mind if I don't get it fixed.
