i bought this neck band 4 months ago and now the left side speaker is not working at all

Just bought and hated it

Just bought and hated it. cable is long, stiff and looks ugly around the neck. The sound quality is very poor and you'll hear a hissing sound when there is no music playing and the earphones are idle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bluetooth Problem (it keeps disconnecting)

I bought this 3 days ago and i'm really happy with it, the sound quality is really amazing, but it keeps disconnecting. I was listening to music then it got disconnected then after 30 seconda or so it recconected again, at first i thought it just ran out of battery...but it was still 90%. Is there something i'm doing wrong, is it my phone (my phone is fairly new it's a Oneplus 6T)?. Please HELP.

Horrible Connectivity

I bought these from Staples to use with my Macbook Pro. Connected instantly, and then instantly disconnected. Had to reboot to reconnect. Connected again, got to listen to youtube for about 5 minutes with crackling audio. Every time I turned my head, the audio would go away. You can't put anything between the headset and the device. Has a range of about 3 feet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry about the issue you're having with your JBL Tune 110BT. We hear you. We can try these troubleshooting steps for us to isolate the issue. First, try to pair your earphones to a different device and see if the same thing happens. Then, make sure that the Bluetooth settings for your computer or phone are set for playing media. If you're using a computer you would be able to see this on the control panel settings. Make sure that the phone and the Bluetooth headphones are within range. The ideal space would be within 4-6 feet. If the headphones still keep disconnecting, please reach out to us so we can assist you with your options through this link: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/

great bluetooth noise cancelling

enjoyed these with no issues for a year until one ear cut out and doesnt work anymore. will buy again since i liked them so much. just unfortunate they lasted just after the year period where not under warranty anymore

Worst in connectivity

I bought this last week, it was working fine for 3 days post which there is too much disturbance while on a call or listening to music. Background sound is just irritating, this is product to be changed or re evaluated by the team as soon as possible.

Pros Charging is convenient. I can sleep comfortably with these on. Great sound. Audible indications are not intrusive Very good value for money
Cons LED indicator is too bright. Cable falls off shoulder unless I tuck it inside collar.
