Great features but in the wrong places

Pros: Great start up tone. Comfortable to wear. Lightweight. Decent USB cable. Great mid-tone range sound reproduction.
Cons: Buttons feel cheap plus they are on the right side and not the left(not ideal for people who hold their phone with their right hand and wish to use the buttons) Battery is poor. Maximum volume feels like it is limited to preserve the battery life. Acceptable sound quality on low range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it last week. It not reliable and it got disconnected often. Quality of sound is good with average range of bluetooth coverage.

Totally no sound

I’ve owned these for a month, and for that month they worked fine. But all of a sudden the noise volume just dropped. Now I can hear very little out of them .

Non sweat proof

I bought one in Oct, 2018 as the JBL is my favorite quality sound system brand So far it was working very well but now I can't switch on while it was fully recharged via USB When I plug-in the USB the white LED lighted just for a few minutes. Then it doesn't happen anything
I just used it since 3 months this was unexpected for me from a high quality brand :(

Stopped charging

The earbuds are great, but after few days of usage they are not able to charge. I cannot use them anymore.
