Ugh...no longer working

I purchased these headphones a month ago. I have used them on three trips and charged them twice. Now they won't charge or even come on. By the way, they don't stay in your ear as advertised. I am so disappointed, because I have no paperwork to do the warranty. Waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flat durable wires, but unexpectedly soft.

Ive had mine for 3 days now. the battery time is excellent and its quite well made. Unfortunately i just wish it was louder because its softer than my wired earphones which in the end was a let down. In the end it was good for the price but could be better.

Good, but can't hear phone on Pixel

I bought a few days ago, great sound and comfort, but you cannot get here phone calls on Pixel. Music is fine, calls no good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please try to pair your headphones with a different phone (aside from Google Pixel or Google Pixel 2 XL) and check if you would be able to use it during phone calls. If you we're able to then there is a compatibility issue with the aforementioned phones. If the same issue occurs with a different phone, we would like to work with you directly. Sound is awesome design is not

I bought this last day and the sound is very good and all else doses it job. The issue came when I started using it daily, it is unmanageable over neck and always makes disturbances while wearing ,. there's no cable manager with it to adjust length of the cable to ears. also the buttons are so soft (good some times) which usually presses automatically when we hide the earphones inside our clothes. jbl could have improve the design .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

failed in just 3 days usage

I bought this 3 days back. When put on charge at that point, battery light would come on for approx two minutes, then goes off, but would not continue charging. Would not switch on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not charging properly

Saw many other people with the same problem. It's been working perfectly for almost two months now. However, since yesterday it completes charging in 10-15 minutes and runs for around 25 minutes before switching. This started happening randomly, I was at home the whole day, previously I would charge for about an hour or a little more and it'd last me for 2-3 days(not sure how many hours that adds up to). Really sad as these are expensive earphones and they have only lasted me two months, i was expecting at least 2 years(warranty is for a year). Really sad, I really love these. 5 Stars if it weren't for my problem but well...
I would recommend this to a friend!
