Decent but below expectations

Cons - 1. the bass is not as pure and deep as i expected from the packaging
2 . The magnetic heads are not powerfull enough to stick together with average movement
Pro - 1. The battery life is adequate for a normal day of use
2. The microphone is sensitive and clear and noise reduction is implemented very well
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery died out in 1 month.

I brought this headphone because I am brand loyal and wanted to give their wireless style a go. After 1 month of daily use for commute purposes only(on average about 2 hrs daily) the battery no longer last more than 30 mins after a full 2hr charge. I am also perturbed that there was no way to check the battery life when the battery was working properly. I am thoroughly upset that such a high quality long lasting brand would have such poor quality battery on their product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

About two months ago I bought this headset, now it started to fail on the left side, it sounds slower than the right side, this is the second time that the JBL headphones disappoint me

Hi , Iam using this one for more than two months .
Now it's turning off automatically even after I paired it with my phone. And the volume keys are not working.

Softest setting is still too loud

I’m not too picky about the overall sound, but I really like the warm sounds.
Then my dislikes and why I regret buying it a little:
I bought them for quiet situations, listening to soft music and ASMR before bed, but the lowest setting is still far too loud. Another thing I truly don’t appreciate are the startup, connect and disconnect sounds. Like i mentioned earlier, I use them when I relax/fall asleep, and it has happened more than once that I was rudely awakened by the loud chime.
