DOES’NT CHARGE

I bought these headphones at the airport in Rome. They worked fine for a couple weeks, but now they won’t hold a charge what-so-ever. I recently moved back to the U.S and threw out the box they came in, so I’m not sure there’s anything I can do to replace them now. I just feel like they’re a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very bad product

OK, but disappointing

It is a decent headset. However....It contains design flaws: 1) There is no mounting system to hold it around your neck/shoulder 2) The connection to my phone is poor and unstable... will disconnect mid-call 3) Connection radius is very short
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor voice quality in phone Call

Battery doesn't last long

I'm really unhappy with the product. The battery lasts less than an hour and half! It's so annoying to recharge all the time and you can't use it while charging. I want to send back the product.

Dissapointment

I bought this bluetooth headset, because I trusted that JBL delivers good sound quality. I was even happy to see the emphasis on Pure Bass. Well the bass is extremely weak, practically I had to configure my phone to even hear some normal bass. My previous noname wired headset, that I got with my phone was way better in every aspect. To write something positive as well. The headset build quality looks quite good, I like the magnetic cable management and the range is also surprising.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought them 2 days ago. sounds amazing and all but they won't go on anymore i only see the white light when it is connect with the use and afstel two hours of charging it just won't turn on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
