Windows 10 fails

Headset connects to Laptop but when I use it for calls, conference etc the audio sounds robotic. Just tried to update my Intel bluetooth drivers but nothing changes. I also have an old-cheap bluetooth speaker that installs both audio and hands-free BT device on my laptop and works perfectly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have these for almost a year now and i am blown away by the sound quality. I've been listening to all my old music and can't believe how good those songs are. I honestly don't remember hearing those songs like this before on my home stereo which was very good. Almost forgot you hardly ever have to charge these which is so nice compared too those uncomfortable ear buds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Randomly disconnects from my macbookpro

I have an Android phone and the headphones paired with that has never had an issue, but with my macbook pro the headphones will randomly disconnect and it is really annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our JBL Live 500BT has Bluetooth version 4.2, with a range that can go up to 10 meters. Please note that there should be a clear line of sight between the devices. Walls and other wireless signals present like WiFi, and other Bluetooth can cause an intermittent connection. Very uncomfortable to wear

I bought these a week ago and here is what I've come to so far:
Sound quality is mediocre, it has a lot of bass but it doesn't drown out the vocals or other instruments, volume is not that loud.
The worst part about these is how tight they are, the earpads are not that soft and make my ears hurt after just 5 to 10 minutes of usage. I wore these for about an hour and my ears were super red and were hurting so much.
Build quality is good, it looks stylish and doesnt feel like it's going to break if I stretch them too much.

Perfect for 13 year old

My daughter begged for these for xmas as her last plugged set were still too big for her and of course she hated the cord. Fit is great and of course loves the pink.

I got this for Christmas and I use it to work out at the gym, it’s amazing for the price. And they’re not heavy at all and doesn’t press on my cartilage peircings. Also noise cancelling, tune all the weight slamming out!

Amazing Sound and Quality

I purchased these headphones as a gift for someone. They have since said how amazing these headphones are and continuously do so. I tried them out and was blown away at the quality of the sound. I highly recommend them.
