MS teams does not work

simply, I cannot use it on MS teams because I hear a robotic voice instead of my colleagues. Terrible, please find a solution together with MS!

Using this in Headset mode distorts the sounds

I am unable to use these headphones properly on Windows (Teams, Skype, Messenger on Chrome, you name it).
The headphones have two modes (which appear as two sound devices on the system and apps): Headphones (stereo) and also as Headset (output and mic input).
Using Output Headphones + Input PC mic works perfectly. Using Output Headphones + Input Headset -> mutes the output on every app. Using Output Headset + Input Headset -> robotic sounds
I can't understand why, I have tried every "solution" (e.g. update Realtek drivers) that I have found on the internet and still no luck. I am not sure if those that report that this is a great headset are really using it as Headset or only as Headphones (which is different), or only on a mobile device (where I did not have any problem of this kind).
I have tried on another PC and the problem is the same, I have tried with other headphones and they work very well both on their own Headphones modes and Headset modes.
Using this in the Output Headphones + Input PC mic is just absurd, why the Headset feature, then?

Perfect Headphones with Great Sound!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice headphones with very good sound. Excellent build quality with nice comfy pads. The sound isolation is very good, I guess because the earpads are very tight. Ambient Aware and TalkThru features are the best features which make these a perfect headphone. The headphones are very comfy even after having them on for long hours.
The battery is as advertised. You can get close to 30 hours of playtime upon full charge. Nice quick charging feature which gives 2 hours of playtime with 15 minutes of charge. I am a big fan of JBL technological advancements, Google Assistant is one such advancement to this headphones.
I had problems using headphones for answering call with my other headphones, but not on this. Active mode works excellent for calls. Nice sound and voice clarity.
Cons: It has decent amount of bass, but feel it can better. The buttons placement can be better. You have to get accustomed to buttons usage, not easy for the first go around.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Useless for zoom/teams/skype etc

These headphones don't work with most (if not all) teleconference apps. In zoom, microsoft teams or skype you hear a robotic noise instead of the voice of the preson you are talking to. I looked at the forums - these issue were apparent for several months by now, and no action was taken by JBL.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Completely garbled noise right out of the box!
