I received this headphones as a present for my birthday and the worked good for a month now the sound is extremely bad. It's not worth buying plus they are cheaply made.

Good for the price

I've had my Live500BT headphones now for almost 2 years and they have done very well. Sound is very crisp and hits high and mid notes perfectly. Lower notes tend to have distortion especially in bass heavy songs but still performs decent. Comfort is also pretty good. The ear cups are super comfy and the headband does okay too. Wish the headband had more padding for better comfort over hours of use. Durability has also been good. Mine have been dropped, hit, and scraped a lot and have had no issues so far. The leather on the earcups have started to wear off a bit but I would expect that with heavy use.
Overall I would rate these 3.5 - 4 stars. If your looking for headphones to wear for a couple hours listening to podcasts or non-bass heavy songs they are a great buy. If you are after something with better sound quality and want noise cancelling think about upgrading. Like I said earlier, for the price they are hard to beat.

Good sound but can't be repaired

Cable is very thin so it easy breaks inside! Tried to fix it which could not be done if the inside wires were not so insane thin. Cable replacement can' be done. (No JBL cable replacements) SAD! The headphone could be used for many more years otherwise :(

I actually didn`t buy this, It was a gift from my aunt and at the first time, It was a bit uncomfortable, but the sound quality was at the mountains... Seriously, cheap and worth. After a 1 month of use, It is much more comfortable now. Now everything is ok but the microphone quality... It might have been maybe a little bit better than this. It does not sucks but sound quality is not really good. because it is cheap. But hey, I still like it honestly and recommend this....

Constant disconnections

Bought 2 pairs for my daughters. Both headsets arbitrary disconnect from the phone very frequently. And only reconnect after quite some time. They can't really use them. Very disappointing.

Thanks for reaching out. Always have a clear line of sight between your Bluetooth device (speaker, headphones, etc.) and the source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC, etc). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices. Try to shut down products that have Bluetooth, but not are not being used. Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection. Be aware of the walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as they cannot pass through such thick walls. Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with Wireless Headphones to keep your Source device and the receiver on the same side of your body. Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you. If none of these fixes the issue, please reach out to JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance. https://bit.ly/2WocMfi
