Dope sound nice bass

I got these as a custom pair and wasn’t expecting the great sound and long battery life. I like that I could customize mine. I wasn’t as creative as I could’ve been. Worth the money. These are not noise canceling.

ROBOTIC sound in Windows 10

I have the robotic sound in Windows 10, while being everything ok with Windows 7 and Android. I also spent many hours trying to solve the issue, but it seems JBL not Microsoft found a solution.
The only way to use the headphone is as 'audio-only' device, and using PC's integrated microfone, with the effect that if I move a few meters away I can continue listening to what they say, but they can't hear me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To get your headphones working with Windows 10, you'll need to get the latest driver version available for your computer. Visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, contact their support. The standard drivers provided by Microsoft/Windows systems are often not correct and will result in error messages and BT devices not working properly. JBL didnt work with Microsoft Teams

HI like everything about JBL but the problem is it didnt support the MS teams and now we are very much dependent on MS Team and Zoom so pl work with microsoft and get yourself certified

I can hear it when it’s not even on my head

When I put this on lowest volume I can put it 10 feet away from me and still here it. If I wear it I feel like I will go deaf in 10 seconds

We appreciate the review you've provided us. Here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL Tune 500 BT:
1. Please try using a different music player and If you're using an equalizer, turn it off.
2. Try using a different source ex. (phone, tablet) to check if the sound quality is the same using a different device.
If steps above didn't work you can also reset the headphones: Long Press of volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device. When reseting, LED will blink faster.
If the problem persists, you may check your options with the store where you purchased the headphones.

Awesome headphones!

I recieved my live500BT headphones a few weeks ago. I decided to trust JBL since I have the charge 4 speaker and I love it. My phone isn't in the best shape, but I can leave my phone on the wireless charger and stay connected to my headphones through the entire house! If you're like me and don't care for earbuds, then these are for you. Much lighter, but with a better sound quality than other over the ear headphones I've used. Great for the gym. Works across all genres from podcasts, pop, country, punk, metal and electronic! Also in 3 weeks I haven't had to charge them, amazing battery life!

lest see, I bought this about 2 years ago and they are still going strong totally worth the price! feels nice on the ears, the sound it great I can hardly hear the people around me if I don't want to hear them, the ambient setting helps with that a lot( the talk through feaue) the google assistant also worked AMAZING with it!
