Great Features, exept for

The only problem I have here that I bought this for work use but later on I find out that JBL has a technical issue with Teams Application whereas i hear robotic sound on calls. I hope this issue would be sorted out so that i can use and not to buy new headphone.

Cured my tinnitus

Received mine today as a Christmas gift. Used it immediately and was blown away by the bass! The best news however is that it cured my tinnitus!! Well done JBL...At 60 years of age I finally have found true love!

Decent headphones but limited bluetooth

I got the JBL 500 headphones and they sound good but didn’t know they would not work wirelessly for PS4. That’s a shame. I hope they can correct this

I used these headphones for 2 weeks before returning them.

Too much pressure on ears makes it very uncomfortable if you are wearing glasses. I breathe a sigh of relief when I take them off.
Controls are awkward to press and use.
