Sharp video quality, but issues with my Wi-Fi

I had to return this product, as much as I liked the quality, as it seemed to keep disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. I moved my WiFi access point closer, but it wasn't enough to stay stable. I'll admit, I bought this because I had inadvertently believed it would work my ASUS NAS and the Surveillance Centre, and it would, but not with the motion alert feature, which is what I primarily wanted it for. If you are comfortable with the cloud fees, then by all means give it a shot on your setup and see how it works for you.
Real pro - it was VERY easy to setup!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolute best value

I now have 4 EZVIZ cameras, 1 outdoor (C3N model) and 3 indoor (C1C models). All of them were an absolute breeze to set up. Although I am not a security expert, I am satisfied with the configuration options available to limit the hacking of the cameras. I took the time to go through all the options and selected good passwords for all the features. The image quality is very good and the system response is quick. I signed up for cloud storage on a monthly basis and everything is working fine. The monthly fee is a bit pricey to my taste, but not prohibitive. An additional great aspect of EZVIZ is their customer support. When I reset my WiFi, I had to reconfigure one of the cameras and had lost my user manual. When I phoned in for support they answered quickly and helped be through all the steps to get it configured again. I very much recommend these cameras.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Audio is Jacked

Camera works great, but the audio is non-usable. I bought this camera and the picture quality is decent but when audio is switched on a deafening high pitched ring happens that distorts the audio feed and plays for about fifteen seconds each time noise happens and it’s unbearable. I returned and exchanged my device hoping it was just a flaw in one camera but the second I purchased did the exact same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a Disappointment

Will not automatically reconnect to wifi after power outage - useless. Must reset/re-add to wifi to reestablish camera.
