The adhesive or magnetic sticker is not working at all. After a week it keeps on falling down that's why it got broke. I wish they have back up screws like that expensive ones they have. Not worth the money! Poor quality

I paid for the Cloud subscription, but the video still isn't being stored in the cloud. So it's a great camera to sit around a watch live, but if you ever had trouble and needed a copy of the footage...hahaha good luck

So here is the good and the bad, first they were on sale so I bit because at 30$ it seemed like deal.
It works with google but there is catch google seems to have issues with different products when it come to connecting to google nest. When I added the cam it was ez but the hard part was deciding how much info I was willing to release to chinese firm with my info. It wasn't much But I', keeping an eye on it. The sign up would be so much easier if when you link the google account all info was added. It doesn't, you have to enter it manually. So after all that nonsense you finally get an account setup and you still have to go through adding camera which requires my cell number shady chinese company seems to be farming data. Dual authentication even after linking google account shady. grrr. so after you survive all that you still have to link it to your google home app didn't work. After fiddling with it and some web searches I find that disabling encryption and enabling audio will finally get it working. This is so stupid because why have encryption if you have to disable it to use it right? If it wasn't so cheap I tell you I would chuck it out the door. So if you are willing to sell your soul to shady chinese company who is really pushing it with these info data grabs. We need laws to protect consumers from nefarious chinese companies. To be continued. Also if you use the Infared against window its useless as the reflection of infrared bleaches out image. What a pain.

Why don't they let you put a 0 star ratingto make it more accurate? Support is NIL and ZIP. You Must agree to cloud play to setup software like CloudPlay just to use the camera. You will not find a site to log into your account to stop your cloud subscription. Me and IT serviceman any ref to unsubscribe but ONLY to subscribe OR stop recording which does not stop your subscription.

EZVIZ C1C security camera

I had lot of problems with trying to configure this camera with my Telus modem and having it switched to a 2.4 ghz setting. I had to contact EZVIZ tech support on 3 different lengthy occasions to get the issue resolved. It was not resolved. I accidentally broke the camera while trying to remove the power supply cord to return to Best Buy.
EZVIZ tech support was good. I saw good reviews for this camera on YouTube. I have since received the EZVIZ C6CNPRO of which i ordered through Best Buy. I am currently having issues with EZVIZ App.

Good picture bad SD recording

I like this IP Cam for the two way audio. The picture quality is decent. However, I have SanDisk Ultra 64GB and it's not recognized by the camera even though it's listed as compatible in the vendor website. I make sure I inserted in the right orientation and nothing. Searching the web I see quite a few people have the same issue regarding SD card not recognized or gone bad after a few days. Bottom line, if you need SD recording, then go for a different product.
