Came out of the box not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I did not buy an electric range, it is gas. The convection and air fryer functions don't work. I called the vendor they said it take weeks for them to send a tech and that it would be quicker to contact Whirlpool direct. The Whirlpool tech came and verified that it did not work and could not identify the problem, he said he would order some parts and let us know when he could come back. He said he had no idea about how long to get the parts as they are hard to get. Haven't heard from him.
It came broken they should take it back and replace it with one that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is that it takes longer to pre-heat than my much older stove, which is odd. It also doesn’t have a timer telling me how long it will take to pre-heat. Outside of that, I’m happy.
