Ceramic top scratches easily

It's been over 20 years that I cook on ceramic top but it's the first time ever that I have scratches on the top . All my pans & pots base are perfectly straight & clean , I don't understand how this can happen .
So I would like to know if there is any way or any product I can use to remove scratches. Thanks
