Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is 10 months old. For the past 3 months the oven has not cooked properly. I used an oven thermometer to identify the temp. The oven - set at 350 - was only 275. After 45 minutes after the pre-heat signal sounded the temp reached 350. Another 45 minutes later it is now at 450. The Bake from Frozen" function never worked. Two of the stove top burners do not heat properly or evenly Overall: a piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Range Dials-One poor feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my range and oven just fine however the Range Dials on the stove of the stove have small vague grey Text/digits that are very hard to read. I found myself leaving a stove element in the Lo or Warm position and not completely turning it to Off. " (Note the two dials that are not completly in the off position) I always had to have my reading glasses handy to operate my burners. I solved my problem pasting tiny Red Stars in the Off position on the dial. Now when I'm thru cooking, I turn my dials to the off position because the star is facing "straight-up". Cleaning the area is delicately though. Whirlpool you could improve this area in a minute ! I would still recommend this product however with a warning explanation on the range dials. Children beware black top can still be very hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was supplied by the builder. It’s a standard electric stove. I would’ve bought one with more features. The back burners should be dual heating not just melt. Too small for a large pot. I’ve never had an electric stove, so it’s a learning process for me.

I like how the burners aren’t over crowded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I wouldn’t have purchased a whirlpool personally. We had our house built with a builder and they only offered whirlpool. We even asked if we could purchase our own but they wouldn’t let us so we had to settle. I like that the burners aren’t over crowded but other than that I can’t give much more positive feedback. The silicone band around the glass top is defective. The timer on the oven doesn’t stay on long and isn’t very loud. It just seems very cheaply made.

Self cleaning feature very poor

Not too happy with the stove , I have it for 4-6 months and last night I decided to turn on self clean feature, after 40 min of self cleaning I heard “big bum “ the thermal fuse blown up and the whole unit is not working! Very disappointed with this product ! Never happened with another brand I used own.
