Nice and New

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my 20 year old electric range. Since the whole COVID-19 issue, there has been a shortage in many things. This was not my first choice since that one was over 2 weeks out being available. Still haven't tried the convection portion of the oven. Top Burners heat up quickly, and stay hot. Not sure if I really like the smooth top yet, as they look old already even though I clean the top according to instructions. Wish the oven didn't take so long to heat up. Wish user instructions was a little easier to understand. Guess I will get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems the oven temp might be off a few degrees I haven’t checked to be sure but it takes longer than recipes call to bake

Great Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. Easy to use, easy to clean, I can even use my Field Co. cast iron skillet on it - an awesome pair that fits together! I am not going to name names, but our 4 year old stove was useless, we had a 25 year old whirlpool before buying that 4 year old piece of junk. Hopefully this stove will last us our lifetime.

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older model Whirlpool and liked the brand. Upgrade to my new unit has been a dream come true for my kitchen. The large cook top with five positions and the oversized oven works well for me and also allows for doing full meals all at once when my family come over. Only one drawback! The cooktop demands a complete cleaning after every use to maintain the beautiful shine and clean appearance. Not a big deal but does add a couple of minutes of extra attention for clean up after every meal. The unit is a beautiful, practical, versatile and efficient addition to my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice upgrade!

Its been a great range with new features that we didn't have before. So not only did we buy new appliances, we got an upgrade too!! Frozen bake and self clean are great.

I had a great response with Phyllis from whirlpool customer service, she listened to my problem with my washing machine. I was out of a new washing machine. Parts were on backorder, so I was out of a machine since Oct 5th and it was Oct 13Th is when I spoke to Phyllis, She did her research and then told me I will send this to the next level and someone from the review board will contact you in two to three business days, they called the next day WOW that is excellent customer service. The review board approved my exchange That blew me away what a great company. I approve of Whirlpool Corp. I will definitely buy all my next appliances from Whirlpool. They know how to take care of their customers. Keep it up.

Great oven light!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so enjoying the newest and well overdue addition to my kitchen!! I was at first stunned that the oven in my house had no light in the oven ... using a flash light to see what was baking roasting, baking or broiling seemed a bother but I could live with it. My sisters and friends were surprised too that it just didn’t have a light.
Fast forward 17years and more free hours at home due to COVID 19 and it was time and the extra money made everything fall into place.
The old stove/ oven still worked “darkly” well enough yet were easily replaced and with the new glass top range and oven light... Well baking, broiling and roasting all seem to just sparkle!
The fact that you must purchase a new broiling pan and the drawer is a bit flimsy compared to the one that came with the home are so far the only things that don’t sparkle!
Fast forward 17years and more free hours at home due to COVID 19 and it was time and the extra money made everything fall into place.
The old stove/ oven still worked “darkly” well enough yet were easily replaced and with the new glass top range and oven light... Well baking, broiling and roasting all seem to just sparkle!
