Stove/Stained cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooktop was stained when the stove was delivered and wouldn't come clean no matter what cleaner I used, even Weiman spray cleaner recommended by Whirlpool. The cooktop was replaced with a new clean one.
