Oven was tripping GFCI- But now it works perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new Home that came with this range. I have cooked & baked in it. At first our GFCI kept tripping i found a video on you Tube that explained how to preheat the oven at the lowest setting & gradually turn the temperature up as it reached each setting. This solved the problem. It had to burn off the coating. So now it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Oven gave us 4 good years then the error code came

I bought this 4 years ago and enjoyed it until the error code of f6 e1 came on . I called parts and service only to get the runaround on what part I needed to fix the issue. Parts can’t diagnose it and service wants me to pay for a tech to come tell me what I need. This I think is ridiculous as I can fix the oven myself if told what part I need. I own all whirlpool appliances and this might be the last as poor customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
