Perfect for my needs

I just received my new GE refrigerator. It is much quieter than the old one I had. I was told that it's energy-efficient and we'll use a lot less electricity. It's beautiful. It fit perfectly in the spot I had for it in the kitchen. I like the shelving. It contains an extra vegetable box in the middle giving it more capacity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Questionable quality

No cooling 2.5 months after purchase. Called for service as under warranty and was told I’d have to wait a week before anyone could look at it. So a full week either no refrigeration. This is not the quality I thought I was getting with a GE appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unit meets my needs

The unit is fine. Capacity meets my needs. I do notice that the sound of unit while running is louder than I expected but not invasive.

GE refrigerator

I like my new refrigerator very much. I wish GE had a dairy/deli drawer that was the full width of the refrigerator. There is plenty of space for everything I have in there. I’m still trying to figure out the best part of the refrigerator to keep meats. It does not seem as heavy as the Fridgedare that I had, but it was easier to level and it is fine.

Motor is too loud. Space is a touch smaller than the fridge replaced, even though the exterior dimensions are the same.
